After I got turned down by half a dozen companies (including one I'd been with for 40 years), Summer worked her magic and got a homeowners policy with a well-known carrier--and all within a couple of hours. It's tricky to get a policy in California these days, and especially hard in so-called high-fire-risk zones like the one where I'm buying a house. Two years ago, Dori Einhorn found a good home policy for me after I couldn't find one on my own (fire-prone area). Early this month, that carrier decided not to renew.

But Dori did not abandon me! She found me a new traditional policy with an A-rated carrier and at a good price. What astonished me was that this policy was with a company she doesn't have access to, so she directed me to an agent with that company! I'd say that's above and beyond. Within a week, I was insured again.

I feel very lucky to have found Einhorn Insurance, and I am very sorry to lose Dori as my agent. Her attention to detail, her quick response time, and her knowledge, efficiency and willingness to answer my questions made it a pleasure to work with her. I highly recommend her.

Wow! I could not find reasonable insurance for my recent purchase of a Malibu house. It is in a high fire zone, in fact the 2018 fire had burned down the two houses on the other side of my street. I had called and searched insurance companies including "All Modern". Nobody would insure this house with a regular insurance plan.

We live in a high risk fire area and when our homeowner's insurance coverage was terminated by our insurer (with no claims) we were suddenly scrambling to find a new insurance provider. Let me say that more accurately: after being unable to find any local agents who could find any other. Einhorn Insurance came through rapidly and, equally importantly, was able to clearly and compellingly discuss all of the relevant issues with me (this was quite counter to my experience with other agents). Dori with Einhorn Insurance was amazing to work with!! They do provide services outside of Southern California, so don't hesitate to contact them if you are not near San Diego. We are purchasing a home in rural far Northern California, and when it looked like no other insurance company would insure us because of our location, Dori came through with the promise that she could get it insured to meet the bank's requirements for a loan (such a relief!). I received a response within 1-2 hours of submitting an online inquiry, and Dori has never failed to promptly respond to any inquiries. She worked hard to get us all the discounts available. A local office offered us the same exact plan for $700 more per year than what Dori got us. On top of all that, she referred us to a different company that could offer a better price on flood insurance than they could. Her honesty and legitimate compassion for our situation was amazing! Dori was constantly checking in with us on the progress of our loan and for updates. No other entity that we have worked with during the home purchase process has been so great. With everyone else we have had to call and call to get any response and remind them we are waiting.

We never had to file a home insurance claim until a few years ago. We had a streak of bad luck and had to file a few claims. Our insurance company we had for About 10 years dropped us. After hearing "No" and being turned down from many insurance companies, we finally got a "Yes" from Dori at Einhorn Insurance. Dori providing amazing service and found us a home insurance policy that was accepted by our lender. Thank you for making this process easy!

After getting outbid on several offers, we are finally in escrow on a home in Scripps Ranch. Our escrow company sent us a form asking for our home insurance information. After calling numerous insurance companies (including the company that insures me now) to get a quote, we quickly found out the house is in a high fire area and we need home insurance for a wildfire area. Some of the agents we called never called us back once we gave them the address. A couple of people we talked to flat out refused to offer a homeowners policy because Scripps Ranch is prone to fires. Then, a few agents came back with very high quotes and our lender said we wouldn’t qualify for a loan if our insurance was that high. Our excitement for this house quickly turned into panic as we were struggling to get affordable coverage. Dori at Einhorn Insurance was able to navigate the waters and provide a coverage option that we could afford and more importantly, feel good about! We are now fully approved for our home loan and scheduled to close escrow at the end of August! Thank you Dori!

This company was top notch, responsive and super easy to work with. I was in escrow on a house that was close to the wildfire areas.
